My Shoes Fit But My Heels Keep Slipping Out

SALMON SALAD FRESH VEGETABLES WITH LINING



In Mercadona sell a bag of cleaned and chopped vegetables ready for frying or sauteing. The truth is that it is useful to use as a garnish for meat or fish and this time prepared it with some fresh salmon loins.

Each bag contains two servings.




INGREDIENTS - 4 pieces of salmon (better if fresh)

- a bag of vegetables for frying Mercadona

- soy sauce

- oil olive

salt PREPARATION



Simply follow the instructions that come with the bag of vegetables, so heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet, cast the vegetables and let it go by for about 15 minutes on low heat with the pan covered. Must be removed from time to time.



When they have been about 10 minutes add one or two tablespoons of soy sauce, but if you do not like, the vegetables are great just with a little salt and pepper.

Now in another pan with little oil, we grilled salmon with just a pinch of salt.

Now we only have to mount the dish with salmon and vegetables in half and will have a very healthy meal, easy and tasty.
