CARROT PUREE

As I explained in the previous entry , and now Lola can eat more variety of proteins and vegetables you eat dinner, instead of have 4 different purees frozen or cook every day, what I do is make a couple that are just puree vegetables and add the meat, fish or egg separately.

With these quantities to fill 8 tupperware out of 250 gr.

Ingredients - 600 gr of carrots

- 250 g of potatoes (2 medium potatoes)

- 300 g zucchini (1 large zucchini)

- 150 gr leek (2 leeks)

- 750 g of water

- extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION
With Thermomix:

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into pieces and threw him in the Thermomix. We remove the roots and green leaves to the leek, wash it well and add it with the other vegetables. The zucchini will take away the points and without peeling, it will wash well and also get into the spleen, chopped. We add

glass of water and schedule 30 minutes varoma temperature, speed 2.

When time has elapsed, we will take a couple of tablespoons of good extra virgin olive oil and grind at least 1 minute on speed 8.

PREPARATION Without thermomix:

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into pieces and threw him into the pot. We remove the roots and green leaves to the leek, wash it well and add it with the other vegetables. The squash will take away the points and without peeling, it will wash well and we put in the pot. We take

water and turn on the heat to high for 30 minutes.

When time has elapsed, undrained vegetables add a couple tablespoons of good extra virgin olive oil and mince it with a blender, puree until very fine and smooth.

NOTES After 9 months, the doctor told me I could take a bit of salt in foods.

You can freeze the puree once it is completely cold, but you'll have to let thaw at room temperature and whisk a few seconds pass, because the freeze water tends to separate the solid. To warm, microwave a few seconds and your children will have the meal ready.
