Home Stereo Mutil Zone Receviers

not know whether to call fish salad or seafood salad, so I've put salad all-embracing sea;)

It is a unique dish great for those who eat away from home, those who are in a hurry or want a light dinner.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 green pepper

- 1 / 2 red pepper

- 1

onion - 1 / 2 iceberg lettuce

- olives

- 10 sticks of surimi

- 1 cup peeled shrimp

- 3 fish fillets (I used frozen cod)

PREPARATION

The first is to fish because we have to let it cool.

I had some hake tails in the freezer, but I recommend that you use fillets that will cost you less cleaned of bones and skin if you are already. To cook the fish you can do about 5 minutes in boiling salted water or in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Also you can do it on the grill.

As we let the fish cool, tiny wash and chop all the vegetables and threw in a bowl, add the olives, cooked shrimp and chopped surimi.

Now Flake the fish with clean hands because that's easier to find the thorns in the case of some and threw him to the other ingredients.

stir well and either dressed with oil, salt and vinegar, or eat with us a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, that I leave to your choice.

Hope you enjoy!
