Honey Walnut Prawns Recipe

Ingredients: 2 large eggplants

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 onion
large or 2 small

2 cloves garlic 1 tsp fresh ginger
a sprig of fresh basil
large tomato 1 can (800 grs.)
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon salt

350 grs. ground chicken
100 grs. Grana Padano cheese freshly ground black pepper

eggplant into slices 1 cm. thick.
I put them in a hot iron and doro on both sides, oil and unsalted.
